This policy explains what ModelTrellis ("we", "us") collects through modeltrellis.space and how we use it. ModelTrellis is an early-stage company and the product described on this site is still in development.
Information you give us
When you use the early-access or contact forms, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company, company size, intended use case, enquiry type and message. We use them only to respond to you, to understand demand for the product and to arrange early-access conversations. Please do not include sensitive or personal data about other people in a message.
How form submissions are handled
Submissions are sent to us by email or through a form-processing service we configure for this site. If online submission is not switched on, the form instead opens a draft in your own email application and sends nothing until you send it yourself. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
The interactive demonstration
The product demo uses fictional records and runs entirely in your browser. It does not upload files, and its decisions are kept in page memory and disappear when you reload. Downloading the sample export saves a file to your own device.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party trackers. Fonts are served from this site. If we add analytics later, we will update this page first.
Hosting and technical data
Our hosting provider processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages in order to deliver and protect the site. Links to external sites, such as LinkedIn, are governed by those sites' own policies.
Customer datasets
The website does not accept dataset uploads. Terms for handling customer datasets, including retention, deletion and location of processing, will be agreed in writing with each customer before any dataset is accepted.
Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on early-access conversations, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local data-protection law, including the right to complain to your local regulator. Email hello@modeltrellis.space and we will respond.
