What the Site is

The Site describes software that is in development and provides an interactive demonstration using fictional data. It is not the production product. Access to the product itself, if offered, will be governed by a separate written agreement.

Use of the Site

You may browse the Site and use the demonstration for evaluation. You agree to:

• provide accurate details when you contact us;
• not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its hosting;
• not submit unlawful, harmful or infringing content, or personal data about others, through our forms;
• not scrape the Site in a way that degrades service.

Intellectual property

The Site, its text, design, logo and demonstration are owned by ModelTrellis or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them beyond what is needed to view the Site, without written permission. Content you send us stays yours; you allow us to use it to respond to you.

Demonstration and information

Demo data is fictional and sample similarity scores are illustrative. Descriptions of features and architecture reflect our intended design and may change. Nothing on the Site is a commitment to deliver a feature, price or date.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ModelTrellis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes, governing law and contact
